Rental Policies

Reservations

All reservations require a 20% non-refundable deposit, along with a credit card on file and signed agreement. Order balances are due two weeks prior to the event date.

Minimums

 Will call orders do not require a minimum. Delivery Items require a $100 minimum. Delivery charges outside a 25 mile radius of our showroom, are based upon milage.

White Glove Delivery

All Antique, one of a kind and certain large items require white glove delivery. 

We offer free delivery within a 25 mile radius of our showroom. Additional deliveries are based upon milage.

Changes and Cancellations

Items may be added or exchanged for equal value at any time if available. Rental deposits are non-refundable. 

Damages

The client is fully responsible for any damages occurring to a rental item and agrees to pay five times the rental price in order to replace that item. Rentals requiring repairs or professional cleaning, will be charged to the client for those services. All antiques and large items are not permitted to be moved by clients. It is the full responsibility of the client to ensure that all items are protected from inclement weather and are not permitted outdoors over night where moisture damage may occur. Open candles that are not protected by glass or other enclosures, are not permitted on any rental item due to the risk of wax dripping.
